Kat's Lazy Day Potatoes

LAZY DAY POTATOES

32 oz. bag hash browns (cubed)

1 can cream of mushroom soup w/roasted garlic

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

16 oz. sour cream

2 stick butter (or margarine) (one for mixture and one for corn flakes

Corn flakes

Make sure hash browns are completely thawed. Layer hash browns in a large casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Mix other ingredients together except 1 stick butter and corn flakes. Melt butter before mixing with other ingredients. Crush enough corn flakes to cover dish. Melt second stick butter and pour over corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. 15 min.
